Following is a breakdown of what happens when you transfer your downline to another member.

Possible Scenarios:   (Last Updated 11 April 2005)

  • Buyer has an upline member, Seller has no upline member

    • Becomes a member with an upline (sellers current upline member).
    • Transfers current downline members, sales statistics and network status to seller.
    • Receives sellers current downline members, sales statistics and network status.

      3. Buyer has an upline member,
       Seller has no upline member

    The Seller:
    • Becomes a member with an upline (buyers current upliner).
    • Transfers current downline members, sales statistics and network status to buyer.
    • Receives buyers current downline members, sales statistics and network status.
    • Pays transfer fee
    The Buyer:
    • Becomes a top level member with no upline.
    • Transfers current downline members, sales statistics and network status to seller.
    • Receives sellers current downline members, sales statistics and network status.

      4. Both buyer and seller have the same upline member

    The Seller:
    • Retains current upline member.
    • Transfers current downline members, sales statistics and network status to buyer.
    • Does not receive buyers downline members, sales statistics or network status.
    • Pays transfer fee

    • Retains current downline members, sales statistics and network status.
    • Receives sellers current downline members, sales statistics.

      (* see below)

      5. Both buyer and seller do not have an upline member

    The Seller:
    • Continues to have no upline member.
    • Transfers current downline members, sales statistics and network status to buyer.
    • Does not receive buyers downline members, sales statistics or network status.
    • Pays transfer fee
    The Buyer:
    • Continues to have no upline member.
    • Current downline and sellers downline are merged.
    • Retains current downline members, sales statistics and network status.
    • Receives sellers current downline members, sales statistics.
    • Network status is calculated based on the merged sales statistics.
      (* see below)

      * Network Status when sales statistics are merged

When sales statistics are merged (Scenarios 4 and 5 above), your network status will be based on the highest percentiles found for each month.

    For Example
If your sales percentile for March 2005 was 56%, and you bought a downline whose sales percentile for March 2005 was 92%.

Your network status will be based on 92% for March 2005 not your original 56%.

This means that merging downlines can boost performance for previous months, thereby positively affecting your network status and associated benefits.
